Cleaning Solutions:
• Delivery is available within Singapore (excluding Jurong Island).
• Free delivery applies for orders of $200 and above; a $25 fee applies for orders below $200.
• Self-collection is available upon request during ordering.

We facilitate repairs that are purchased under Begen, mechanized equipment are subject to rectification and quotation. If agreeable, we will proceed with repair within the shortest period of time, prior to parts availability. After rectification and quotation, if decision is to abort repair works, a minimum fee of $70 will be imposed.
To verify warranty of products, please refer to the copy of invoice with warranty attachment. You may wish to verify with us if preferred.

• A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of purchase.
• The remaining 70% balance payment must be settled prior to delivery or collection.
• In the event that payment is not ready upon delivery, the machines will be returned to Karcher.
