We offer delivery within Singapore (excluding Jurong Island) for orders of $200 and above.

Self-collection is available upon request at the time of ordering. Delivery will commence within 3 to 5 working days.

Chemical Solutions:
We provide delivery within Singapore (excluding Jurong Island). • Free delivery for orders of $200 and above • A $25 delivery fee applies for orders below $200

Self-collection can be arranged upon request during ordering. Please contact us to confirm the delivery commencement date, as it may vary depending on the production schedule.

We facilitate repairs that are purchased under Begen, mechanized equipment are subject to rectification and quotation. If agreeable, we will proceed with repair within the shortest period of time, prior to parts availability. After rectification and quotation, if decision is to abort repair works, a minimum fee of $70 will be imposed. To verify warranty of products, please refer to the copy of invoice with warranty attachment. You may wish to verify with us if preferred.

If you receive a defective, damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3–7 days of receiving it.
Exchanges or replacements may be allowed, subject to management approval. Used consumables cannot be exchanged. Processing may take up to 2 weeks.
Please report any issues immediately upon receiving your order, with a description and clear photos of the problem. This helps us improve our packing process.
No support or returns will be accepted after 7 working days from delivery. Refunds will be issued as online store credits, unless otherwise arranged.
