FloorPro Intensive Deep Cleaner Extra RM 752 is a highly alkaline industrial cleaner designed for coating removal and intensive deep cleaning applications.
Engineered for use in industrial environments across a wide range of surfaces and floor coverings.
Intended for mechanical application using single-disc machines or scrubber dryers.
Can be applied using a 1-step cleaning method or a 2-step coating removal process, depending on operational requirements.
Effectively removes wax and polymer coatings, as well as heavy oil, grease, and mineral contamination commonly found in logistics and production facilities.
Particularly suitable for industrial flooring, ESD floors, cement screeds, epoxy resin surfaces, and other alkali-resistant floor types.
Low-foaming formulation ensures optimal utilization of scrubber dryer tank capacity.
Silicone-free formulation makes it suitable for use in metalworking and paint-processing environments.

Dilution General Guidelines
- High-Pressure Cleaning (60°C – 80°C)
  - Primary pre-dilution ratio: 1:3 (1 part RM 81 to 3 parts water).
  - Equipment dosage setting: 0.75% – 5%, depending on soiling level.
- Low-Pressure Spray Application
  - Recommended dilution range: 5% – 25%.
  - Adjust concentration based on contamination severity.
- General / Light-Duty Cleaning
  - Minimum concentration: 0.2% for lightly soiled surfaces.
- Procedure
  - Assess surface condition and level of soiling prior to dilution.
  - Select appropriate application method (high-pressure or spray unit).
  - Prepare dilution according to recommended ratios.
  - Verify equipment settings before operation.
  - Apply solution evenly and perform cleaning as per operational standards.
  - Rinse surfaces thoroughly where required.
